Inside Sales Executive/Sales Executive
Location: Home Based or office based, within the UK

Job Overview
As a Sales Executive you will be tasked with demonstrating and selling software products to customers from a variety of verticals including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Corporate businesses.
Job Funtion Tasks and Responsibilities
Developing new sales opportunities by answering inbound email enquiries
Communicating with prospect customers to arrange a sales demonstration
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of Nalytics SAR
Following up customer demonstration with detailed proposal documentation
Answering customers’ questions and queries as part of a dialogue, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects using Apollo.io working alongside the marketing department
Researching for new leads in new market sectors
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers alongside the product team
Upselling products and services where possible
Experience Required
Previous software sales experience.
Excellent presentation skills as you will be demonstrating the Nalytics products (via presentations and product demonstrations).
Experience producing quotes
Experience closing sales
Experience working with multiple MS Teams meetings and handling multiple emails daily
Previous demonstration experience and confidence in handling demonstration situations
Experience within a CRM and lead generation marketing environment background would be advantageous.
Skills and Attributes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an end-to-end, positive experience.
Consultative selling approach
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
