Darcy Pauken

Darcy Pauken has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Darcy is currently employed as a Senior Consultant in Data & Enabling Technology at Olmstead Associates since September 2021. Prior to this, Darcy worked at Western Asset Management for almost nine years, holding various positions such as Portfolio Analyst, Data Governance Analyst, and Data Specialist in the Risk Management Department. Darcy joined Western Asset Management in December 2013 and continued working until September 2021.

Before their tenure at Western Asset Management, Darcy worked as an Independent Contractor at Analytical and Business Consulting. During this time, they worked with Capital Business West and Esoteric Capital, where they completed projects related to capital advisory and quantitative hedge fund research.

Prior to their consulting and financial industry roles, Darcy worked as a Teacher/Tutor in Math and Science from 1996 to 2006 and as a Lead Business Consultant at Accenture from 1993 to 1996.

Darcy Pauken has a diverse education history. In 1987, they completed their undergraduate studies at Jacksonville University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Physics.
