Mark W. Engel

Mark W. Engel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning, project management, and landscape architecture. Currently serving as Project Manager for Housing Development and Preservation at Olmsted County Minnesota since April 2016, Mark W. Engel focuses on providing opportunities for residents to obtain quality, affordable housing. Previously, Mark held several positions within the Rochester-Olmsted Consolidated Planning Department, including Current Planning Supervisor and Principal Planner, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to community development.
