Rebecca L. Schumann

Rebecca L. Schumann has over two decades of experience in human resources and safety, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in their current role at Olmsted County Minnesota since August 2020. Prior to this position, Rebecca worked at 3M from November 2007 to May 2020 in various capacities including Quality Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, and Technical Service Engineer, among others. Earlier in their career, Rebecca managed Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety at MacNeil Environmental, Inc. Additionally, Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, a Master of Public Health in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Augsburg University.
