Debbie Ellinghaus

Debbie Ellinghaus is the current Director at Olney Theatre Center. Debbie has held many development positions at various organizations, including The Cathedral School, University of Maryland, College of Arts and Humanities, Yale University, School of Drama and Yale Repertory Theatre, and Jean Cocteau Repertory Theatre.

Ellinghaus has a wealth of experience in coordinating stewardship and managing volunteers. Debbie is also responsible for major gift fundraising efforts, annual fund fundraising, special events, and board development. In addition, they have served as the Managing Editor of the Annual Magazine and overseen alumni and stewardship activities.

Ellinghaus is a highly skilled and experienced fundraiser who has a proven track record of success in their field. Debbie is a valuable asset to any organization they work for and is sure to continue to be a leader in the fundraising world.

Debbie Ellinghaus began their educational career by earning a professional certificate in acting from the New Actors Workshop. Debbie then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the University of Maryland. After graduation, they pursued a career in journalism and theatre at the University of Miami.
