Jason Dearing

Jason Dearing is currently a Props Artisan at Olney Theatre Center. Jason previously worked as an Assistant Prop Master at Arizona Theatre Company from August 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, they were a Properties Apprentice at Olney Theatre Center from August 2016 to August 2017. Jason also interned at Williamstown Theatre Festival as a Prop Intern in June 2015 and has experience as a Scene Shop Crew Member from their time at Alfred University from September 2014 to May 2016. Jason also worked as a Ride Operator / Attendant at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in June 2014 and has experience as a Graphic Designer from their time at SPARE Productions from August 2013 to December 2018.

Jason Dearing attended Union Endicott High School and then Alfred University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine/Studio Arts, General.

They work with Julie Cray Leong - Costume Shop Supervisor, Merle DeWitt III - Associate Master Electrician, and Erika Krause - Cutter & Draper. Jason Dearing reports to Josiane M. Jones, Director of Production.
