Elyssa Welling's work experience includes serving as the Sr Director of Business Operations for the Go-To-Market team at Olo since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior People + Culture Senior Business Partner for GTM at Olo from 2021 to 2023. Elyssa also worked as the VP of People at Wisely (acquired by Olo) from 2021 to 2021. Before joining Olo, Elyssa held various roles at AArete, including Director of Talent Acquisition and People Development from 2016 to 2021, and Talent Acquisition and Development Manager from 2013 to 2016. Elyssa Welling (She/Her) earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ohio University from 2001 to 2003. Elyssa then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from DePaul University between 2003 and 2005.
