Riva Higgins

Riva Higgins has gained extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition throughout their career. Riva began their journey as a Strategic Accounts Sourcing Specialist at Robert Half in 2015. Subsequently, they joined AArete, a global management consulting firm, as a Recruiter. Here, they employed sourcing methodologies and data analytics to optimize profits for clients. Riva then progressed to become a Senior Recruiter at AArete, where they further enhanced their expertise in operational performance improvement and strategic cost reduction. In 2021, they joined Wisely as a Senior Recruiter and later transitioned to Olo after their acquisition. At Olo, they held the position of Senior Business Recruiting Manager and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Recruiting. Riva's experience spans various industries and demonstrates their proficiency in securing top talent for organizations.

Riva Higgins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University. Riva pursued this degree from 2010 to 2015.
