Tess Graham possesses extensive experience in implementation and customer success roles within the technology and restaurant industries. Currently serving as Implementation Team Lead at Olo since November 2021, Tess has held positions including Senior Technical Specialist and Sr. Manager of Deployment. Prior to this, Tess was with Wisely Inc from June 2019 to December 2021, contributing as an Implementation Specialist, Customer Success Manager, and Onboarding Manager. Additionally, Tess has been part of Chuy's Restaurants since August 2011, where various roles included Expo/Server/To-Go Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and Line Cook.
