Juliana Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Juliana started their career as a Coordenadora Operacional at Vidax Teleserviços S/A in 2003, where they stayed until 2012. After that, they worked as a Coordenadora Operacional at Concent Contact Center e BPO from December 2013 to February 2014. Following this, they joined OLOS TECNOLOGIA in April 2014 as a Coordenadora Operacional and later became the Solutions Architect Coordinator in March 2019. In July 2020, they took on the role of CX - Customer Experience at OLOS TECNOLOGIA, and currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at the same company as of April 2021.
Juliana Santos attended Universidade Paulista from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a field of study in Gestão Comercial.
