Marcelo Rizzetto

Marcelo Rizzetto has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marcelo started their career at GMK Eletrônica Ltda. in 1999, where they worked as a Systems Analyst until December 2005. From there, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Systems Analyst, working from February 1999 to May 2012. Marcelo then moved to Genesys, where they served as a Sr. Professional Services Consultant from February 1999 to July 2016. In 2016, Marcelo joined OLOS Tecnologia as a Solutions Engineer and held this role until October 2020. Marcelo then became the Head of Solutions Engineering at OLOS Tecnologia until April 2021. Currently, Marcelo serves as the Head of Customer Success at OLOS Tecnologia.

Marcelo Rizzetto has a diverse education history. In 1986-1989, they attended EMPG Prof. Máximo de Moura Santos. From 1990 to 1992, they pursued a high school diploma in Data Processing at Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo - ETESP. Marcelo continued their studies at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Mathematics. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they studied Technology with a specialization in Data Processing at Centro Universitário Sant'Anna. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Post Graduation degree in Object Oriented Systems Development from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

In addition to their formal education, Marcelo Rizzetto also holds several certifications. In July 2020, they completed the "LGPD Na Prática: como implantar a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados na sua empresa" certification from Fundação Vanzolini. In July 2013, they obtained the "Genesys Certified Professional Version 8 - System Consultant, Voice Platform (GCP8-CVP)" certification from Genesys University. Lastly, in January 2015, they earned the "Genesys Certified Inbound Voice 8 Consultant" certification, also from Genesys University.
