Paul Howland

Paul Howland has extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as CST Manager and Certified Structural Technician at Olshan Foundation Repair since June 2015. Previously, Paul worked at IBM Corp from August 2008 to June 2015 as a Delivery Project Manager, focusing on maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Paul was a Package Handler Trainer at FedEx Ground from October 2008 to November 2012, where responsibilities included training new hires and collaborating with drivers on loading techniques. Paul began a career in management as a Shift Manager at Taco Bell from May 1990 to May 1994, overseeing staff and inventory while prioritizing customer service. Paul studied at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 1992 to 1995.
