Margot Phillips is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Residential Leasing Manager for Olshan Properties since July 2020. Previously, Margot held the position of Luxury Leasing Consultant at Glenwood from February 2014 to July 2020 and worked as a Real Estate Listing Manager and Licensed RE Salesperson at Ardor New York Real Estate between 2010 and 2014. Margot began a career in operations management as a consultant at RBC Consulting Ltd, focusing on front of house operations for restaurant and nightclub start-ups from June 2000 to June 2010.
