Susanna Potenza has extensive work experience in the field of impact investment and social impact banking. Susanna currently holds the position of Head of Impact & Investment Analyst at Oltre Impact, where they focus on driving positive change through investments. In addition, they serve as a FoodHack Ambassador at FoodHack, promoting sustainable and innovative solutions in the food industry.

Prior to their current roles, Susanna worked as a Ricercatore at Social Impact Agenda per l'Italia - Global Steering Group for Impact Investment Italy NAB, where they conducted research on business models with financial appeal and impact. Susanna also worked as a Startup Acceleration Specialist at Avanzi - Sostenibilità per Azioni, supporting impact-oriented startups in their growth and development.

Susanna gained experience as an Impact Investment Analyst at SI2 Fund, analyzing investment opportunities with a focus on social impact. Susanna also interned at UniCredit, specifically in the Social Impact Banking - Internationalization Team, and contributed to an impact measurement project during their time there.
