Emilia Złotnicka

Emilia Złotnicka is a psychologist, MBA & HR strategy graduate, and experienced People & Culture leader. Emilia has a proven track record of driving business results through People & Organization in international, complex, and fast-paced environments. Emilia has a growth mindset and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and sharing People & Culture practices. Emilia has held various HR leadership positions at OLX Group, including Senior Global HR Director for Global Functions and Global Human Resources Director for letgo. Emilia also served as HR Global Director for Organization Effectiveness, People Analytics & Employee Experience and HR Global Director for Product, Data, and Technology. Emilia was responsible for building and driving the end-to-end People Strategy for the European region as the HR Director Europe. Prior to their time at OLX Group, Emilia worked at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they held the position of Head of HR for Central, North, and Eastern Europe. Emilia was also a Board Member in Poland. Emilia's career began at Lafarge as a Development & Training Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist, and they later worked as a Trainer at Medicover.

Emilia Złotnicka completed a post-graduate degree in HR Strategy in Transforming Organization at the London Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive MBA from Kozminski University from 2012 to 2014. Emilia also completed a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2009 to 2010. Emilia Złotnicka holds a M.A. degree in Psychology from Catholic University in Lublin, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Coach from the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® in 2023.
