Laura Novo

Laura Novo has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and career development in the tech industry. Laura has worked with companies such as OLX, BCG Digital Ventures, and Ironhack, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring talented candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, Laura has experience in HR training, project management, and consultancy roles. Laura is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon, where Laura mentors students in product design career development and recruitment processes.
