Michał Wiśniewski

Micha Roon is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on revitalizing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha spearheaded projects aimed at enhancing decentralized infrastructure and self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha has also contributed to blockchain initiatives as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge and as an advisory board member for the IIB Council. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a Project Management Professional certification.
