Haley Hooper is a Lead Product UX Designer at Olympus, responsible for app development and user experience strategies since June 2023. With extensive experience in UX/UI design, Haley has been a Resident Specialist at The Garage at Northwestern and contributed to various programs, including Jumpstart Pre-Accelerator and Propel Program, fostering growth for student startups. Past roles include Design Researcher at Southwest Airlines and CEO/Founder of ClubSpot. Haley possesses a Master of Science in UX-Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Organizational Change & Management, Entrepreneurship, and Engineering Design from the same institution. Additionally, Haley has completed leadership and business programs at Stanford University and Dartmouth College.
