Matthew Chang

Matthew Chang is a Founding Engineer at Olympus.app, specializing in B2B solutions for athletics programs with a focus on workout tracking and social media integration, since October 2022. Previous experience includes software engineering internships at notable companies such as Pinterest, State Farm, and Opto Financial, where responsibilities encompassed pin saving and creation, iOS applications for Drive Safe&Save, and machine learning for risk management. Prior engineering internship experience also includes work at Blue Yonder, developing ML and NER solutions for the Risk-as-a-Service team. Matthew Chang has contributed to academia as a private tutor in calculus and as an undergraduate research scholar in bioinformatics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science at Northwestern University, education also includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Plano West Senior High School.
