Scott Coulthurst has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Scott started their career at International Paper in the year 2000 as a Technical Manager, where they were responsible for Engineering and Information Technology. Scott then moved on to become a Marketing and Supply Chain Manager, overseeing the functions of Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement, before taking on the role of Plant Manager at the Menasha facility. Later, they became the Business Development Manager for the Akrosil Division, handling sales responsibilities for Proctor & Gamble. At the Olympus Group, Scott held positions such as Plant Manager and Vice President of Operations, where they implemented various improvements to increase profitability and oversaw the completion of acquisitions and plant start-ups. Scott'smost recent role at Olympus Group was as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they transformed the HR function into a strategic service department.

Scott Coulthurst received their B.S. degree in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Stevens Point Area Senior High School between 1982 and 1985. In addition to their formal education, Scott obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2018.
