Francesca del Moretto

Francesca Del Moretto has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Francesca began their career at Adecco in 1999, where they worked as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist until 2000, and later became a Recruitment, Selection, and Training Area Manager for Lecco Sondrio from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they moved on to Novartis, where they served as an HR Specialist in Organizational and Development until 2006. Francesca then joined Smith & Nephew as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2011. After that, they worked at Hill-Rom as a Regional HR Iberia and Italy from January 2012 to June 2012. Currently, Francesca holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Olympus Italy, a role they have been serving since November 2018.

Francesca Del Moretto studied Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Milano. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from HKE Management, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
