James Laudermilch has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple companies. James began their career at Philips in 1996 as a Senior Test Technician and worked there until 1999. James then moved on to Analogic, where they worked as a Development Engineer from 1999 to 2008. During this time, they focused on developing and introducing new products, increasing quality control, and reducing cycle time. Since 2008, James has been with Olympus Life Science, where they held various roles including Production Engineering Manager and Executive Director of Operations and Manufacturing. In these positions, they were responsible for directing teams, implementing lean techniques to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and developing new business to boost sales.
James Laudermilch holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, which they obtained before 2008.
