Stephen Esry is the CFO of Olympusat where he provides collaborative leadership in the overall growth, management, and strategy of the company. As CFO, Stephen is responsible for accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis functions. Prior to joining Olympusat, Stephen held progressively responsible finance and accounting roles in companies such as Delta Air Lines, Turner, NBCUniversal, and most recently as CFO of Uniters North America (a privately held home warranty company).

Before pivoting his career to finance and accounting, Stephen was a Petroleum Engineer with Texaco, overseeing oil and gas production in Texas and Louisiana and leading divestiture and acquisition initiatives including closing the company’s first Section 1031 Like Kind Exchange.

Stephen earned an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Stephen is also a member of American Mensa. Stephen and his husband Lance live on Singer Island, Florida (the easternmost point of Florida) with their dogs Porkchop and T-bone.
