V John Baghdassarian has over 25 years of experience in the media industry. V John has held various executive roles at different companies, starting with Showtime Networks as an Account Manager in 1993. V John then worked as a Sales Manager at Food Network from 1995 to 1998. After that, they served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Comedy Central from 1998 to 2001. V John then joined AMC Networks/Rainbow Media as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at ComStar Media as Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Global Distribution and New Business Development at eScapes TV Network. In 2012, they worked as a Distribution Executive at Vibrant TV and later that year, joined Olympusat as Vice President of Distribution. V John was responsible for managing the sales, marketing, distribution, and new business development of Olympusat's portfolio of networks. In 2016, they shifted to the role of Vice President of Content Acquisitions and New Business Development, where they curated and licensed content from producers and distributors worldwide for Olympusat's portfolio.

V John Baghdassarian completed an Executive Management Program in the field of study of Executive Management from Harvard Business School in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management Science from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
