Jose Maria Abad Azcona has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they served as an Analista BI ENDESA Cliente for Endesa. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at NEORIS in various roles, including Digital Strategy Industry Manager EMEA, CX Enable Business Global Lead, SME Customer Engagement Innovation, and SME Digital Marketing (Salesforce). In 2020, they were the Salesforce Head of CPRD & MALS (Spain) for Capgemini and a Minority Investor & Advisory Board Member for Bricosteel. Additionally, they were an Advisory Board Member for Decentralize.capital in 2017. Currently, they are the COO for Olyverse.

Jose Maria Abad Azcona completed their Executive MBA at IE Business School in 2021, following a degree in Electrónica de Comunicaciones from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 2009 and 2015. Jose Maria then obtained a Máster en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Europea in 2016. In addition, they obtained four certifications: Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones from COIT_AEIT Colegio Oficial y Asociación Española de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación in December 2016, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (WI17) from Salesforce in December 2016, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (WI17) from Salesforce in February 2016, and Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from National Instruments in June 2016.
