Adrien Hay

Adrien Hay has a diverse work experience in various pharmaceutical companies. Adrien started their career with an internship at Sanofi in 2010, followed by an internship at DiaSorin in the quality department. In 2011, they worked as an extern in pharmacy at Hopital Antoine Beclere.

In 2012, Adrien joined Virbac as part of the supply chain team. Adrien then moved to Ipsen in 2013, where they worked in operational excellence. Later in 2014, they joined Vifor Pharma in a similar role. At AstraZeneca, they served as the Process Capability Owner from 2014 to 2016.

Adrien then joined GSK in 2016 and worked in operational excellence until 2018. Currently, they are employed by OM Pharma as the Head of Operational Excellence & Digital.

Adrien Hay completed their education in the field of pharmaceutical production and industrial engineering. From 2006 to 2012, they attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) where they obtained a Master 1 degree in Master Technologies et Management de la production pharmaceutique. Following this, they pursued further education at IMT Mines Albi from 2012 to 2014, obtaining a Master 2 degree in Génie industriel.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Adrien also holds several certifications. Adrien obtained the Black belt certification from CUBIK Partners in July 2019. Adrien also holds an IELTS score of 6.5/9, certifying their proficiency in English language skills. Furthermore, Adrien possesses a Permis B (driving license) and has achieved a Toeic score of 960/990, certified by ETS Global.
