Jigar Bandaria

Jigar Bandaria has a diverse work experience starting as an Intern at Sara Chemical and Consultants in 2002. Jigar then worked as a Summer Research Intern at Integrated DNA Technologies in 2008. Moving forward, they gained research experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2017. During this time, they focused on chromatin structure in telomere maintenance. In 2017, they were an Insight Health Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, where they developed a web app for brain MRI analysis. Jigar then transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility in Data Science at OM1, Inc., eventually becoming the Director of Data Science.

Jigar Bandaria received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Iowa in 2009.
