Alan Flores

Alan Flores is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as the Talent Development Coordinator at OMA Aeropuertos since June 2017, Alan is responsible for promoting and coordinating training efforts within the organization, ensuring employees receive appropriate education and training to effectively fulfill their roles. Additionally, Alan is a faculty member at Universidad José Martí de Latinoamérica since March 2019. Prior experience includes corporate human resources leadership at Axera, where Alan coordinated training and managed various human resources functions, and early roles as a human resources intern at Grupo Protexa SA de CV. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, an MBA in Human Resources Development from Universidad del Valle de México, and several diplomas in fields related to tanatology and suicidal behavior.
