Skylar Carrasco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2015 to 2016, Carrasco worked as a Production Assistant/Board Operator at Lotus Broadcasting, where they assisted on-air talent with setting up sound systems for promotional events and operated a live radio board for various radio shows. From 2016 to 2019, Carrasco served as a Video/Light/Sound Technician at BUCK OWENS PRODUCTION COMPANY, INC., where they controlled light, video, and sound and mixed sound for live audiences. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Photo Editor at The Runner. From 2017 to 2019, Carrasco worked as a Reprographics/Video Edit Tutor at California State University, Bakersfield, where they designed and printed posters, converted tapes to digital format, and taught students editing and manipulation of photos and videos. In 2019, Carrasco joined The California Studios as a Video Editor, where they set-up and directed online daily live series, voice-over new created series, and edited educational online episodes. Also, they created visually appealing episodes and adverts for the school using stock images and videos. From 2019 to 2021, Carrasco worked at Stria, LLC as a Reprographics Coordinator and Graphic Designer. As a graphic design contractor for Aera Energy, LLC, Carrasco created graphics and ordered reprographics for the company and employees, and also performed Xerox MFP maintenance. Finally, in 2021, Carrasco joined Omaha National, initially as a Customer Service Specialist, then moving on to become a Medical Claims Specialist and subsequently a Medical Claims Supervisor.

Skylar Carrasco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications-Digital Media from California State University, Bakersfield between the years 2015 and 2019.
