Brett Wallace

Brett Wallace is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and evaluation within educational and organizational contexts. Currently serving as an Evaluation Specialist at Omaha Public Schools, Brett analyzes educational and employee programs to support district decision-making through various research methodologies. In addition, Brett works as a Consultant for TalentView, developing competency models for an international airline's IT division. Previous roles include Research Associate at Florida Institute of Technology, where Brett facilitated the development of assessment tools and conducted research, and multiple positions at the Institute for Culture, Collaboration, & Management and The Center for Organizational Effectiveness, focusing on product development and analytics. Brett's educational qualifications include an ongoing PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, alongside a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's of Science in Experimental Psychology.
