Scott Jedrzejczyk has extensive experience in customer engagement and management across various industries. Currently, as Manager of the Customer Engagement Center at Omaha Steaks since April 2022, Scott oversees performance management and remote leadership for a team of 10 direct reports and approximately 200 personnel. Previous roles include Senior Supervisor and Managed Services Consultant at Sprinklr, where Scott focused on enhancing global brand experiences, and Project Leader at Contractor Services, Inc., developing operational departments. Scott's long tenure at Bass Pro Shops | Cabela's spanned from 2002 to 2020, with roles such as Contact Center Manager, where leadership was provided for multiple business functions and significant personnel. Scott began a career in 2002 as a Conductor at BNSF Railway and pursued education at Mid-Plains Community College.
