Sue Loerts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sue is currently the Chief People Officer at Omaha Track, Inc. Sue previously worked as an Attorney representing management in employment law matters at Jackson Lewis P.C. Sue also served as the SVP of Human Resources and Senior Employment Counsel at Mosaic from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they were the VP of Human Resources at ACI Worldwide from 2009 to 2013. Sue has also held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Omaha World-Herald, Senior VP of Enterprise Human Resources at West Corporation, Human Resources Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, and Director of Human Resources at Spencer Hospital.

Sue Loerts received their Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from the University of Iowa from 1989 to 1991. Sue specialized in the field of Law during this time. Prior to their legal studies, Sue obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they attended from 1983 to 1986. In September 1991, Sue obtained a Nebraska Law License.
