Ramzi Mohamed

Ramzi Mohamed is a seasoned professional in internal audit with over 13 years of experience at Oman Air, currently serving as Senior Manager - Internal Audit since October 2010. In this role, Ramzi ensures that internal audit policies and procedures align with applicable standards and participates in developing a risk-based audit methodology. Ramzi has also served in various capacities within Oman Air's internal audit team, contributing to engagement in operational, financial, and outstation audits. Prior to joining Oman Air, Ramzi worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in External Audit, where involvement included assurance advisory services across multiple sectors. Ramzi holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, along with a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing Special) degree from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.
