Omar Al Mashrafi has a background in airport management and customer service. Omar has experience working as a Senior Specialist in Customer Experience at Oman Airports Management Company, where Omar has been responsible for overseeing baggage handling systems and related activities. Prior to this, Omar has worked in various roles such as BHS Duty Manager, BHS Supervisor, Administrator, Customer Call Center Operator, and Sales Executive.
