Sharifa Saif

Sharifa Saif has over five years of diverse experience in operations and customer service management. Currently working with Oman Airports Management Company since November 2020, Sharifa focuses on resolving operational issues and preparing comprehensive monthly reports for review. As the Founder of 10Ten since August 2020, Sharifa manages supplier negotiations and social media marketing. In a supervisory role at Transom since October 2019, Sharifa oversees around 50 staff, ensuring operational efficiency and accurate reporting. Prior experience includes a supervisory position at Infoline LLC, where Sharifa maintained high service standards, along with earlier roles in retail and project assistance. Sharifa holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Middlesex University.
