Dr. Lubna al Mazroei

Dr. Lubna Al Mazroei serves as the Tourism Manager for Economic Diversification Investments at Oman Investment Authority since February 2022 and currently holds the position of Chairperson for the board of trustees at Oman Tourism College. Previously, Dr. Al Mazroei was the Deputy Chairman of the board of directors at Oman Air and held multiple leadership roles within the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism in Oman, including Director of Sector Human Resources Development, where collaborative efforts supported the Oman Tourism Strategy 2040. Academic contributions include lecturing at Sultan Qaboos University and the German University of Technology in Oman, along with extensive research and development experience in tourism. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Tourism from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master's in Tourism Policy and Planning from the University of Waterloo.
