Raya al Ghafri

Raya Al Ghafri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, human resources, and administrative leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist at Oman Post since April 2017, Raya provides project management support across various business departments, focusing on procurement, risk analysis, and progress monitoring. Previous roles at Oman Post include Administrative Lead and Senior Administrative Specialist, where responsibilities involved developing policies and ensuring effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures. Prior to Oman Post, Raya held the position of Senior HR & Admin Officer at Duqm Development Company SAOC, and contributed significantly as an HR Assistant at FRiENDi mobile, establishing HR policies and managing recruitment processes. Raya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Muscat.
