Salwa Al Shidhani has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Attraction & Employee Relations Officer at Oman Sail since January 2023. Prior to this role, Salwa worked at Omansail from September 2014 to February 2023 as a Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting various HR functions and contributing to workforce management.
