Nashat Helal

Nashat Helal, MBA, CFA, currently serves as the Group CFO at Balubaid Group, a diversified holding company in Saudi Arabia, and is also an author with PassionpreneurPublishing. Previously, Nashat held positions as Group CFO at Thumbay Group and Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC, and served as Group CEO at BinHendi Enterprises. With extensive experience in financial strategy, capital optimization, and corporate turnaround, Nashat has successfully led various organizations, including managing complex refinancing transactions and enhancing operational profitability. An alumnus of London Business School, holding an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk, Nashat has a strong foundation in both business administration and financial management.
