Magdalena Jonikas

Magdalena Jonikas has a wealth of experience in the medical and business fields. Magdalena began their career in 2004 as a Bioengineering PhD Candidate at Stanford University. In 2009, they were a Research Fellow in Emergency Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School. From 2011 to 2017, they were an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. In 2017, they became a Partner and Lead Partner at Syncona Limited. In 2018, they became a Non Executive Director at OMass Therapeutics. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director at Azeria Therapeutics Limited.

Magdalena Jonikas received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania between 2001 and 2004. Magdalena then attended Stanford University, where they obtained their Master of Science in Bioengineering in 2005 and their PhD in Bioengineering in 2009.
