Rei Matsuoka

Rei Matsuoka has worked in the scientific field since 2016. In that year, they began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at RIKEN. In 2018, they moved to Stockholms universitet as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where they specialized in X-ray crystallography and cryoEM. In 2020, they joined Sosei Heptares as a Senior ScientistⅡ (cryoEM) and are currently employed as a Principal Scientist (cryoEM) at OMass Therapeutics since 2022.

Rei Matsuoka attended Kyushu University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Ph.D. in System Life Science. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Osaka University, where they obtained a M.S. in Biology. Prior to that, they attended Kyushu institute of technology from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a B.S. in Bioinformatics.
