Nonika Khera

Nonika Khera has over 24 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Their most recent position is as Head of Human Resources at Omaxe Limited since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Gutenberg LLC from May 2017 to November 2019. Nonika has also held leadership positions as Head of Human Resources at Imperia Structures Ltd from January 2014 to May 2017 and as Head of HR at Presidium School from August 2010 to December 2013. Nonika has experience in talent acquisition as they served as an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition at Datacom Solutions (Videocon Smart Solutions) from March 2008 to May 2009 and at AHA - Air Hostess Academy from April 2005 to March 2008. Nonika started their career as a Front Office Executive at The Oberoi Group from 1997 to 1999. In addition, Nonika has worked as a freelance hospitality trainer from 2003 to 2005 and as a Practice Lead in Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Travel at Elixir Consulting India from July 2009 to June 2010.

Nonika Khera began their education at Army Public School from 1987 to 1990, where they completed their Secondary School education. Nonika then attended HMV College from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued Sr. Secondary School and focused on Biology/Biological Sciences. Following that, Nonika attended Kamla Nehru College in Jodhpur from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a concentration in Humanities. Lastly, they pursued their Master's degree in Travel and Tourism Management from the Department of Management Studies at Jai Narain Vyas University in Jodhpur from 1995 to 1997.
