Jodi Hubler

Jodi Hubler is an experienced executive with a career spanning over two decades. Jodi is currently an Independent Board Director at BrainCheck and an Advisor at Black Opal Ventures, both since 2022. In 2021, they were an Independent Board Director at Marani. In 2020, they held the same role at ABOUT and \u014cmcare. From 2006 to 2019, they were the CEO and Managing Director of Lemhi Ventures Funds I & II, a venture capital fund investing in companies innovating across the health service ecosystem. During their tenure, Lemhi Ventures portfolio companies achieved average revenue growth of \u2248 45%, completed over 50 rounds of financing, achieved total value creation of more than $3 billion, created over 4,500 jobs, and were acquired by some of the largest healthcare sector leaders. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, they were the President at Bind Benefits, from 2006 to 2006 they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Ameriprise Financial, and from 2003 to 2000 they were Vice President People and Culture, RPD at Alcoa and Vice President Human Resources (Chief People Officer) at Definity Health.

Jodi Hubler attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Jodi then returned to The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1992 to 1993 to earn a MAIR in Management and Organizations.
