Raquel Carrasquillo

Raquel Carrasquillo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations and client management across leading advertising and media firms. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Operations-NA Lead at OMD since April 2025, Raquel previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Publicis Health Media from January 2024 to April 2025. Prior to that role, Raquel was the North America Group Director of People Planning at GroupM and worked at VaynerMedia as the Director of Project Management. Additional experience includes serving as the Commercial Director of Finance & Operations at Omnicom Group/DAS and a Senior Business role at OMD Worldwide. Raquel’s career also includes being VP of Client Operations at Ring2Media and Director of Global Client Operations and Finance at Grey Group. Raquel holds a degree from Fordham University.
