Scott R. O'Neil

Scott R. O'Neil has a diverse work experience in the field of aviation. Scott R. currently holds the position of Chief Boom Operator at Omega Air Refueling Services, Inc since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ACC from 2019 to 2022, where they served as the ACC A3TV EFB Pubs Manager, responsible for managing technical orders and maintaining the Electronic Flight Bag library. From 2015 to 2019, they were part of the 94th Fighter Squadron as the Stan/Eval officer, overseeing flight evaluations and testing for F-22A Raptor Fighter Pilots. Additionally, Scott worked at Carley Corporation in 2014 as a KC-46 Subject Matter Expert, and at the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2013, holding various positions such as KC10A Command Boom Operator Evaluator, Deputy Director of Operations, and Formal Training Unit Instructor. Scott R. also started their career in 1990 at the United States Air Force as a Refueling Unit Operator.

Scott R. O'Neil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2008. Additionally, they hold three Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. These include degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, Aircrew Operations, and Instructor Military Technology.
