Tracy Baldino

Tracy Baldino has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of client success and premium administration. Tracy began their career in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. In 2002, they moved to North Bridge Health Care Center as an HR Assistant and Benefits Administrator. In 2004, they worked as an Administrative and HR Assistant at Healthy Pet. Tracy returned to Horsley Witten Group, Inc. in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2008, they joined PayPlans & Benefits, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive. Later that same year, they joined Omega Benefit Strategies, Inc. as the Director of Client Success - Premium Administration - Implementation and Premium Administration Manager. In 2018, they returned to PayPlans & Benefits, Inc. as the Premium Administration Services Manager.

Tracy Baldino completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UCONN between 1992 and 1996.
