Cts-D Michael Ritchie-Robinson

Michael Ritchie-Robinson started their work experience in 2008 as an IT Technician at Online Direct PTY LTD. Michael then joined Omega Digital in 2009, where they served as a Senior Audio Visual Engineer, specializing in setting up, configuring, programming, and commissioning various AV and control components. During their time at Omega Digital, they also held the role of Pre-Sales Designer and eventually became the Head of Pre-Sales JHB.

Michael Ritchie-Robinson, CTS-D attended Hoerskool Uitsig from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications in the field of audiovisual technology. Michael became a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS-Design) and obtained the Certified Technology Specialist - Design designation from InfoComm International in April 2016. Michael also completed various online courses in AV design from InfoComm International, including AV Design Level 3: Applied Design Online, AV Design Level 2: Infrastructure Online, and AV Design Level 1: Environment Online between December 2015 and February 2016. In March 2015, Michael earned the CCNA Voice certification from Cisco and completed the ICOMM v8.0 certification from the same institution. Michael also obtained the CCENT - ICND 1 certification in January 2015 from Cisco. Michael's other certifications include Cisco DMS & ADS Certified (May 2013) from Cisco, BSS Soundweb level 1 (March 2012) from HARMAN International, Crestron Essentials Programming (May 2011) from Crestron Electronics, CTS-General (February 2011) from InfoComm International, Infocomm recognized AV technologist (November 2010) from InfoComm International, and AMX ACE certified (July 2010) from AMX.
