Michael Fountain

Michael Fountain is an experienced risk management professional with a strong background in safety and insurance programs. Currently serving as Vice President of Safety & Risk Management at Dycom Industries, Inc. since April 2016, Michael previously held the position of Director of Risk Management and Insurance at The Brink's Company, where responsibilities included leading global risk management practices across operations in over 40 countries. Michael's extensive experience also includes senior management roles at Rayonier and The Brink's Company, as well as a managerial position at Aflac, where a focus was placed on process improvements and compliance. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama, earned in 1993.
