Ahmar Bajwa

Ahmar Bajwa has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Ahmar started their career as the Chairperson & Team Co-coordinator at AIESEC from 2000 to 2001. Ahmar then worked as a Financial Analyst at the Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Ahmar joined Schneider Electric, where they held various positions including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Global Internal Auditor. Ahmar was responsible for conducting global audits, leading teams, and managing financial functions. From 2011 to 2013, Ahmar served as the Brazil CFO and Americas Finance Director for Schneider Electric.

Ahmar later joined PowerSage as an Executive Consultant from 2015 to 2017, where they created financial and operational plans, led business development, and gained access to venture capital organizations.

Since 2016, Ahmar has been working at OMEGA Engineering, where they have held several roles such as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Financial Planning, Analysis and Business Intelligence, and Director of Product Management for Temperature. Ahmar has been responsible for building the FP&A function, optimizing product portfolios, and managing budgets and teams.

Throughout their career, Ahmar has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives for business growth and integration.

Ahmar Bajwa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Xavier University. Ahmar also has a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in International Studies from The Ohio State University. In addition to their degrees, Ahmar has obtained a Product Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2020 and is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile from the Scrum Alliance since 2017.
