Benjamin Youn, PhD, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the biotech and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Aerium Therapeutics and an Investment Associate at Omega Funds, Benjamin sources and evaluates investment opportunities while conducting thorough due diligence. As the Founder of Machina Capital, Benjamin utilizes machine learning and advanced statistics to predict market price actions and identify profitable investments. Previous roles include an Investor at Samsung Biologics, where Benjamin assessed investment opportunities and facilitated collaborations, and various senior scientist positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., focusing on scientific support and process improvements in manufacturing.
